CDAHFD-induced murine metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH) model (mice)
MASH is steatohepatitis associated with metabolic dysfunction and may progress to liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer.
In nonclinical studeies, MASH can be induced in mice or rats by feeding them special diets. There are some kinds of special food, so that body weight change and degree of liver fibrosis depend on the food. We have some background data, and can offer the appropriate disease model for your purpose.
H-E stained liver.
Background data of C57BL mice fed with choline-deficient methionine-reduced high-fat diet(CDAHFD) for 12 weeks.
